Santiago Ramirez Niembro

Santiago Ramirez Niembro is a Consultant in adelphi's Carbon Markets and Pricing team and in the Secretariat of the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP). He believes that carbon markets have a critical role to play, not only to achieve each country’s net-zero targets by mid-century but also to build international partnerships for decarbonisation. He is very interested in the policy interactions between emission systems and power markets.
