Maike Voß works as a Senior Manager at adelphi on national and international climate adaptation processes. With extensive experience at the interface of science, policy, and practice, she focuses in particular on climate risk analyses, the mainstreaming of climate adaptation into institutional and sectoral planning processes, and the development of transformative adaptation pathways. Drawing on her background in development cooperation, her expertise extends to the transformation of agricultural and food systems and synergies between the three UN Rio Conventions.
"The impacts of climate change are already being felt – and the window for effective adaptation is narrowing. At adelphi, I translate scientific knowledge into action-oriented strategies and support decision-makers at all levels in understanding their climate risks and developing adaptation pathways."
