Lilith Gerlach

Lilith Gerlach acquired her conference management skills as a trainee at adelphi, starting in 2018. Here she supported all organizational and logistical tasks – from invitation management to venue and catering selection, coordination with involved partners and subcontractors to travel planning and logistics. Since 2021, she supports the team as Junior Event Manager. 

Before joining adelphi, Lilith gained experience in Biopsychology at TU Dresden, completed her secondary education, and spent a year in Colombia as an English teacher with the organization AFS-Intercultural Programs, which also issued her a Global Competence Certificate.
