Constance Ulrich

Constance Ulrich works as an Analyst at adelphi in the field of energy. Her areas of expertise include analysing stakeholder structures and participation processes in the municipal heating transition. Constance sees an urgent need for action, especially in the design of cooperation models that promote dialogue between politics, business, science and civil society.
