Regional co-operation strategy on climate change and security in Central Asia’s high mountain areas

The OSCE has developed a cooperative strategy to mitigate climate-related security risks in Central Asia’s high mountain regions, addressing both environmental impacts and regional security challenges. adelphi research supported the OSCE in designing this framework, contributing expertise on climate and security linkages in this area.
