As Head of Communications, Rosa Rausch leads the strategic direction and development of adelphi’s internal and external communications. She ensures that complex topics in the fields of climate, sustainability, and transformation are translated into clear and compelling narratives.
With more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications at the intersection of politics, business, and science, Rosa combines analytical clarity with creative drive. Before joining adelphi, she headed communications at the Centre for Sustainable Leadership (ZNU) at Witten/Herdecke University, where she established a cohesive corporate design, messaging framework, and communication strategy.
Previously, she was Partner and Member of the Management Board at tippingpoints, an agency for sustainable communication, advising clients such as the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and GIZ on campaigns like the “Green Button” initiative.
Rosa holds a Diploma in Education, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Monash University (Melbourne), and an MBA focusing on Sustainable Entrepreneurship. She is passionate about designing communication that fosters transformation – strategic, authentic, and impactful.
