Naima Lipka works as Consultant at adelphi in the field of climate change adaptation. Climate change is increasingly affecting various aspects of our lives, and more segments of society are understanding the need for and benefits of adaptation planning. Naima focuses on participatory processes, nature-based solutions, and gender considerations. In her project on adaptation in the cultural sector, she is applying her expertise in climate risk analyses and adaptation policy to the needs of cultural institutions.
“Working on adaptation brings with it an opportunity to open up wider debates on how we want to live as a society. At adelphi, I have the chance to work on different adaptation projects and help design pathways for a just, climate-resilient future.”
