"Water is a lens through which I view the challenges of our time. It allows me to contextualise complex issues and work on solutions. Those at the heart of these initiatives must not be overlooked. Participation and diversity are often dismissed as checkboxes, but for me, they are the true keys to the success of projects of all kinds. At adelphi, I work not only on the 'what' but also methodologically on the 'how'."
