Sebastian Muschter is CEO of adelphi. As esteemed advisor to institutions and the public sector, he builds scalable and efficient structures for adelphi's continued growth, thereby tapping into new markets.
Before joining adelphi, the doctoral graduate in Business Informatics and business economist was a key member of the management board at PD, which serves as an in-house consultancy for public administration at federal, state, and municipal levels. During his tenure as acting president of the Berlin State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGeSo), he successfully steered the agency through challenging times. Additionally, as Managing Partner, Berlin at McKinsey & Company, he played a significant role in strategy projects and the management of major public sector initiatives, eventually serving as head of the Berlin office and co-leader of the Public Sector practice in Germany.
