Charlotte Povel works as a senior manager at adelphi in the field of climate finance. With over ten years of experience in development finance, she brings in-depth expertise in strategic consulting on climate protection and adaptation finance. Her focus is on the implementation of the Paris Agreement climate objectives, NDC financing, and the promotion of renewable energies.

Charlotte Povel has extensive international work experience in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America and has worked closely with institutions such as the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and GIZ. She is convinced that linking climate finance and development finance is crucial to enabling transformative change.
