Climate change requires adjustments that need to be implemented at the local level. ExTrass' transdisciplinary work program supports and interlinks urban management with public and civil society preparedness to reduce the effects of heavy rain and heat. In addition to the concrete strengthening of climate resilience in the three case study cities, the project aims to show through which transfer mechanisms the effect of pilot projects can go beyond the directly involved cities.
