SEED Awards Winners Support – Stimulating good ideas to grow

The SEED Awards for Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Development is an annual international competition, managed for the fourth time in 2009 by adelphi. For the first time, adelphi provided the selected winners for ten weeks with a customised comprehensive package of tailor-made support services. Therefore, a group of Project Managers from adelphi, who were involved in the SEED Award selection process, were appointed to work with each SEED winner in order to jointly develop and help the initiatives with their venture and increase their impact.

The support package included the development of a comprehensive business plan, the development of performance indicators and the revision of their financial plan. Additionally, the support package included an assessment in regards to the critical success factors, an analysis for growth potential as well as the external communication and information materials (including flyers and web profile).
