The project Carbon Dioxide Removal Options: Policies and Ethics (CDR-PoEt) analyzes possible political instruments for the removal of carbon dioxide and their impact on equity issues. Specifically, the project examines the economic, socio-cultural and institutional feasibility of carbon dioxide removal in five work packages. These serve as the basis for policy recommendations at the local and (inter)national level. adelphi is leading the involvement of stakeholders, whose results will be incorporated into the individual research steps and the development of specific policy options through a deliberative process.
