Korozo Flexibles

Korozo Flexibles is a flexible packaging company with the largest manufacturing facilities in the Middle East and Europe with 8 factories having a total production area of around 200.000 square metres and more than 135.000 tons of production capacity.

adelphi's Circular Economy team supports Korozo with a circularity assessment using the methodology developed by the adelphi Circularity Lab. WBCSD's Circular Transition Indicators Tool was used to measure the circularity of Korozo’s main factory and key products. In addition, the related aspects of its governance structure and stakeholder engagement were also assessed. Based on the results, the adelphi team has developed a roadmap of circularity measures to increase the company's sustainability performance against the European Green Deal goals and directives.
