Mobilising culture for transformative climate action!
Transitioning to a carbon neutral society requires transformational climate action. Creative and cultural organisations play a leading role in driving this transition by enacting change within their own communities and organisations, and by shaping discourse in the public sphere.
As a society, we need to be creative, visionary, and innovative in how we tackle climate change… but where do we start?
adelphi offered one-day group prototyping workshops to mobilise climate action and develop structures for transformative change within an organisation. Drawing on proven interactive and participatory design thinking methodologies, the workshops promoted:
Accessible quick-start platforms to discuss and develop in-house initiatives (intrapreneurship) for climate action
Inclusive formats that promote ownership of these climate initiatives and harness creativity of participants from across the organisation
Solution-oriented outcomes built with modular design thinking approaches to ensure relevance and feasibility
The Climate Intrapreneurship Days worked with creative and cultural, non-commercial organisations in Europe to kick-start the transformation process towards carbon neutrality from within the organisation to take on a leading role driving transformative action across the society.
