Wiktoria Witan

Wiktoria Witan works as a Consultant at adelphi in the field of energy. She specializes in international cooperation within the energy and climate sector, with a strong focus on East Asia. In her role at adelphi, she primarily supports the implementation of the Japanese-German Energy Partnership, implemented on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), and serves as an expert within the EU-Japan Green Alliance Facility, commissioned by the European Commission (DG INTPA). In these roles, she supports bilateral and multilateral collaboration between EU/Germany and Japan on key topics related to the global energy transition and climate policy.
