Emma Strasse is Junior Manager Personnel Development at adelphi. She is involved with the onboarding at adelphi and supports the continuous development of colleagues by organizing internal trainings. Emma has specialized on organizational sociology and uses this knowledge to help adapt the elements of the HR development concept to the changing needs of the organization.
