Clearinghouse "environment, conflict, and cooperation platform"

The Environment, Conflict and Cooperation (ECC) website functions as a clearing house and platform to exchange information regarding the environment, conflict and cooperation. It contributes to the implementation of the action plan on civil crisis prevention, adopted by the German government in 2004. It also aims to foster sustainable peace by creating networks among stakeholders from the development, economic, environment, foreign, and security communities worldwide.

The website is continuously being developed and posts comments and news on political initiatives, documents, or institutions relevant to this topic such as water cooperation, conflict resources, climate and livelihood security. ECC platform's newsletter is published every two months and provides information on policy initiatives, research findings, publications, events and initiatives.
