Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Munich
What is happening in the German building market in terms of sustainability? Which products will be in greater demand in the future on the path to climate neutrality? For the Dutch Consulate General, adelphi has prepared a study on the German building market that gets to the bottom of these questions.
The study provides a comprehensive overview of the building stock and market, existing subsidy programs, and the most relevant regulations for energy-efficient construction. It also presents some innovative projects, such as serial refurbishment (“Energiesprong”). The study also analyzes the market potential of various technologies, from air-source heat pumps and battery systems to smart home devices and advanced software solutions in the building process.
