Avoid, reduce, offset: One of the most important goals at adelphi is the reduction of emissions. Our employees in Germany only go on business trips by train. We do travel internationally to implement global environmental and development policy projects, however.

What about the morning commute? When choosing the location of our offices, we made sure that they are easily accessible by public transport or bicycle. Our employees have the opportunity to obtain a corporate ticket from the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe and/or to lease a business bike. To make sure our bikes are working properly, adelphi also hosts a bicycle workshop every now and then to repair minor damage and defects.
