We will give you a thorough induction into your new role when you start a job at adelphi. You will receive a comprehensive briefing, during which you will visit all the important departments in our offices. In addition, you will be supported by an induction coach in the first few weeks – your office "buddy".

Lively exchange
We encourage communication and a lively exchange of information among our staff, for example at our "Early Thursdays" – a catered evening event for all staff members that aims to facilitate relaxed conversation and networking between the different departments.
Another regular event is our "Knowledge Exchange", which allows colleagues to liaise and share information. This offers a chance to report on successful projects, experiences and current challenges, or to provide training for other colleagues.
We also take time to celebrate our successes! Such as at our summer and Christmas parties, which often involve outdoor activities. Plus we are frequently involved in sporting activities: our team regularly takes part in the Berlin Company Run, and from time to time staff members organise table-football and beach volleyball tournaments.
