Adaptation

Rising average temperatures, extremely heavy rainfall, increasingly regular heatwaves and droughts – the effects of climate change demand more than strengthened adaptive measures. In the light of the accompanying risks to health, infrastructures and logistics, decision-makers must extensively adapt their perspectives accordingly. adelphi supports local authorities, provincial governments, government ministries and international organisations to integrate issues in adaptation to climate change into local, sectoral and regional programming. We devise educational and qualifications measures for businesses which we implement worldwide. Our research on action-provoking communications on the topics of adaptation and disaster risk reduction is conveyed though our implementation of campaigns.
