Based on the adopted energy strategy of the Federal Government and the amended renewable energy law (EEG) from 1 January 2012 the expansion of renewable energies is planned to continue. The transformation of the current energy system has extensive economic impacts, both in macroeconomic terms and in view of the benefit and cost situation of individual actors.
adelphi supports and advises the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) over a period of 3 years in the scientific research of economic issues for the further development of renewable energies. Special focus is in the preparation and communication of accurate and scientifically based information for the (professional) public.
