Laura Fritz works at adelphi in the Controlling & Finance department. Her responsibilities are, above all, internal controlling – especially of performance projects – during the entire duration of the project. This includes, among other things, the preparation of project invoices, personnel controlling, the preparation and support of audits as well as the administrative support of the projects. She also supports the annual financial statements.
