Dr. Gereon Klein is a freelance moderator and works as a Senior Associate with adelphi. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the facilitation of workshops, conferences and meetings with large numbers of attendants. His main focus lies on climate change, futures research, organisational development, and private-sector cooperation.
With a Bachelor in Economics and a Master in Hydrology, Gereon Klein worked on geo-stochastic models simulating precipitation patterns in mountainous terrain for his PhD. For more than ten years, he worked on statistical forecast approaches and participative scenario making at the St. Galler Centre for Futures Research. At the same time he is a business consultant on the topics of teamwork, merger implementation, strategic planning and start-ups in the for-profit sector. His current focus is on cross-organisational dialogue for sustainable business processes.
